We provide a 1-year free warranty and lifetime free training service, Within the warranty period, the general service is changing the damaged parts for the customers, but if the damage could be repaired by the customer, we would ask the customer to repair it by themselves and we return the part cost. If customer need on-site service, the travel cost and engineer’s salary (USD100/day) should be covered by the customer.
1 operator can take care of at least 1 set machine easily. skilled operators can take care of 3-4 sets of our CNC wire bending machines.
